Filing previous years 1120S with a salary

I am filing form 1120S for previous years and never created a w2 for my salary. Do I have to attach a W2 since I had no withholdings and if so what steps should I take?

If you are filing a 1120S for your business, you do not attach a W2 to it. W-2s are only attached to series 1040 personal returns.   The bigger question is if you drew a salary that should be reported on a W2, did you file the required payroll reports Form 941 and Form 940 (and your state if applicable) and pay the FICA and Medicare taxes and the unemployment taxes that were required?   Also the SSA has no record of your earnings if you did not file the W-2s.  This could affect your social security payments later on.
