This question gets asked so many times it is amazing. The answer is very simple and it does not change:

ANYONE CAN SUE ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. I could sue you for being ugly if I wanted to. I wouldn't win and I'd probably get yelled at by the Judge, but I could still do it.
