How often should I run defrag and disk cleanup on my computer?

That depends on how you use the system. I run diskcleanup once a fortnight and for defrag I dont need to remember or check manually as I have Diskeeper09 running in real time background mode, defragging whenever required automatically.

You can delete only questions that you posted. The way to do it is: Click on the quetion and at the bottom right side there is a "delete" option. Click on it and follow the instruction.
