Please help me understand something.

Wanting a child needs no explanation.

You are poor. You are not supporting yourself. You wish to increase your financial burdens. This needs explanation.

to jay  yes  i am supporeting me and my husband but you know how tough it is this day and age  as you know im on ssi , due to only getting so much a month, its hard to stuggle.   kim
