Following a laparoscopy last july i was put on clomid and a hcg injection. I concieved the second month on this and had a gorgegous baby last month. As time is not on my side I would like to start tying again in the next few months but am wondering will I need the clomid and a hcg injection again or does getting pregnant have any effect on your fertility. Any advice would be really great. thanks

It is normally assumed that women who have had a successful pregnancy will have an easier time of it next time.

It's been my experience that this is only true of other people :-P

But seriously, there is a chance that things will go easier now.
