Sorry, but you won't be able to do it.  The pigeon knows only where the nest is now.  You can't "teach" her where the new place is.  If you don't want to hurt her or the eggs better be petient and wait until they are gone (not too much time).   Your reward will be watching this magnifisent view (follow closely the whole process, it is really incredible !).     However, pigeons tend to return to the place they nested in the past.  If you don't want them make sure they don't have places to nest in your place.
