When a person has too much idle time on their hands, they will sit around and invent problems and sicknesses.  There is nothing really wrong with you, except you don't have anything worthwhile to occupy your mind.  How about focusing on something productive & positive that you might enjoy doing, instead of hurting yourself or others?  If you can't find the motivation to do that, then THAT is your real problem; you are selfish and lazy, which are faults that are easily overcome.

Seriously, you need to tell someone- face to face.

If you are not active in a church, then get in touch with a mental health type. If you have access to any weapons, poison, and the like, make it impossible for you to continue to have access.
