Feedback Loop Confirmation

I'm trying to set up a Feedback Loop for the company that I work for. We send out a number of email campaigns that our subscribers pay for, and many of the Aol addresses are bouncing. I initially submitted the request yesterday, and tried again this morning. At the end of the submission process I get a screen from Aol that says "Thank you, you will be receiving a confirmation email soon". But, I am not receiving this email.
