FIMA.
The Department of Homeland Security.
The CDC
Federal Postal Investigators Office
The Coast Guard/National Guard.
And others, and yes, even the US military. ( contrary to popular belief, The "Posse' Comitatus Act" does not forbid the use of the military for Civilian law enforcement. It forbids the use of the military BY civilian law enforcement. Or at least without Congressional permission )
