Faulty mattress

I have afaulty mattress, can't get local Sears to do anything about it.  It is one year old and is sagging on one side.  You should see the requirements for me a 77 year old woman to do what they are requiring.  Please help.

You can report them to the Better Business Bureau, take them to Small Claims Court. But I would first start with the district manager and get it out of the stores hands. This managers goal is to prevent loss at his store so you need to go above him.
