Discuss Lyn Powell's answer to: Is it Father won't get child custody up on divorce

Is it Father won't get child custody up on divorce in United States?

Bulls***.   If a father is capable, employed, stable, and has been an active, involved parent since birth, he has as much of a chance of being granted custody as the mother.   The sad truth is most fathers don't try to get custody.    There are 2 single fathers in my neighborhood -- with sole custody, and 2 more that share 50/50.
