Farmers Insurance

Can some one help my family and i.

We had afire incident on 12/06

Farmers adjuster try to settle my claim with a public adjuster 4 days after the fire,they price my work order very low, farmers adjuster claims, making payments for thousands of dollars, but i never received such payments,,there was money taken from my credit card to pay for our stay on the hotel, farmers refuces to reinvurse me, farmers adjuster lied on his work sheets, about money spend on food, and gas he desregard any information i provided to him on expencess, this company has comited fraud, and forgery i have ask my agent for help and he refused to help please some one help me

i have file a complaint, with the california department of insurancce, i presented the issues,i send documents showing farmers insurance, adjuster wayne luke, unethical and unprofessional actions.public adjuster tom delahunty (riverside ca), karlos benavides and bobby kei from reliable contents restoration services (placentia ca), don banister from FRSTeam and comercial (cerritos ca), farmers agent ron richards (rialto ca) jeffrey spurlock (farmers insurance adjuster wayne luke's attorney) are a bunch of gangsters, they are a clan of white color criminals. this people take advantage of the emmotional distress and confussion after a fire loss, quickly settle a claim amoung them selves for their financial gain keeping the client out of their comunications and transactions, hopping their wrongful actions will go un notice. i was able to see, and confront them about such actions a month after the incident, that was almost 18 months ago, and no matter how hard they try to misslead me, harras me, ignor me, and push me around by making up lies about me, i am not going to give up, i have faith that i will get the help or the money i so desperate need, to hire an attorney and save my home. the financial and emmotional turmoil my family and i have suffer as of today, due to their actions, has will not being in vain, i know that justice will prevail.
