Do mules have male or female sexual parts?

Both male and female mules have all the correct "parts" but they are sterile and cannot reproduce. A very few (about 1 in 1 million) mare mules have had foals, but these are very rare.  No male mule has ever sired a foal. So if you cross a mule to a mule - you get nothing!  Mules and hinnies must be bred by crossing a donkey and horse every time. For more information see this web site.

Yes, They have male and female parts, just like other animals. How did they have baby mules if they didn't have reproductive organs?

Hi Glenn, You and buckeye are right. I looked it up in Google and that's what it said. Both male and female mules have all the correct parts but they are sterile and cannot reproduce.
