OK, I have see the advantages of installing your website (running on a blog software or CMS) using Fantastico over doing it manually. What about the disadvantages?

There really aren't any disadvantages. Fantastico works great for installing Wordpress and you can use all the addons and templates that are designed for Wordpress. Setting up a shopping cart system may be a bit of a challenge but no doubt there are fairly simple ways to achieve that too. If you are looking for good value website hosting service, then I would check out Webhostingreviewitonline.net for some price comparisons and hosts that have Fantastico enabled.
