Get out of jail and straighten up.  You want the kids to go to the jail for a visit and see him there?  I wouldn't let him see them either.

Yeah, if I was in jail, which I've thankfully been able to avoid, I certainly wouldn't want my children to see me in those circumstances.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

I'd say look in the mirror. Ask himself why.  Ask HER why.. and be quiet and listen to the answer... then put the answer inside himself. With some luck, he just might see the obvious and work hard to make himself a better person  using the time he has inside. Maybe.. just maybe.. he'll earn the chance to TRY and be a real father.Parenting Today Tips
