JKG gave you a good solid and sensible answer. I will only add one more thing to it. If your godmother, (or whoever will be in charge of her,) should hire any other home care for her, hire from a well established agency and check them out thoroughly. Make sure the agency insures and bonds their caregivers and that they provide recent and available references.
