By first realizing that it's not about you.  Men cheat because they can.  Look how many men are married to beautiful women and they still cheat.  If anyone has self-esteem issues it would be the man who cheats.  Some men have this need to feel that women are still attracted to them.  They need to prove to themselves they can still get a women.  Sounds like he's the one who's insecure.  Also, some men will make their g'friend feel as if SHE's the reason for their infidelity, and to make you feel insecure.  In other words, turning it back on you, to take the blame away from them.  Tell yourself it was a blessing that you learned he was a cheater.  Now get out there and go out with his best friend lol - just kidding - good luck

Thank you for those encouraging words. I will also pose this to my women in group because there are so many women in group whose men don't even have sex with them any more but they sleep around with other women. Again, thank you.

Thank you Leona - i'm glad to see your in a group.  Here's a little something i've learned about men - when they suddenly out of the blue start making accusations that your cheating, or question things that he normally wouldn't ask, then you can almost guarentee he's the one that's doing the cheating, or he's thinking about it.
