When a man cheats how do you get your self-esteem back?

By first realizing that it's not about you.  Men cheat because they can.  Look how many men are married to beautiful women and they still cheat.  If anyone has self-esteem issues it would be the man who cheats.  Some men have this need to feel that women are still attracted to them.  They need to prove to themselves they can still get a women.  Sounds like he's the one who's insecure.  Also, some men will make their g'friend feel as if SHE's the reason for their infidelity, and to make you feel insecure.  In other words, turning it back on you, to take the blame away from them.  Tell yourself it was a blessing that you learned he was a cheater.  Now get out there and go out with his best friend lol - just kidding - good luck

He really does not but it is different at that time its only a one night stand. You are far better off with one women. But if you can afford it a lover in a $1000.00 a month apartment and a wife/girlfriend at home it dont work that way.

Leaving him for another man would have made a powerful statement.
