how to stop yourself from sharing secrets with the person u should not? and how to avoid that person when u dont want to avoid him but its not ethical to talk with him?

Can you share some more of the context of this situation? Why is it that you are worried about sharing a secret that you "shouldn't" share. Is there a reason why you are tempted to share it?

actually there is a person. whenever i meet him i tell him everything which i should not actually tell. i think thats not good to tell him everything. i want to avoid him but i also like his company
