Are you unable to work totally?  If not I would first go look for a job and in the state where you are living there should be an agency for jobs for people with disabilities.  Your whole e-mail did not come through.  You say he is trying to divorce you after 6 months of. Do you mean marriage?  Were the accounts in both your names or in just his.  If both your names you may have a case but if only his you are up a creek.  Ask friends and family for help.  I will pray for you.

Find a job just because you are disabled doesn't mean you can not work. You obviously have a computer and can type...look for something you can do online from home. I hope things turn around for you soon.

Without knowing the specific type of disabilty you are talking about, it's hard to know how to fully respond to this question.

If you are able to work, then go out and try to find somewhere where you are able to get a regular paycheck.
