Is It Hard For Men To Move On To Another Women When They Were In Love With Someone? If Not Then How Can They Have Sex With Other Females?

I think some people (both men and women) are able to compartmentalize better than other people.

Also, some people maintain a dividing line between love and sex. For them, sex is purely a physical act, without personal feelings to get in the way.

It's the people who fall heart and soul who are more likely to be hurt and have difficulty moving on to be intimate with anyone else.

Leona, It is very hard, for both men and women to move on when they are in love.  Think of the song "When a Man Loves a Woman".  If a man says he loves a woman, and then goes and has sex with other women, I don't think he is necessarily lying.  He loves the woman, but not with the type of love a husband has for a wife.  He loves her more like a sister and good friend.  That type of love is not a real strong, you are the only one I want, type of love.  Therefore it does not bother him to have sex with other women.  Sometimes there is a difference between loving and being in love.
