im from philippines i have a son and his father is us navy.my sons surname in birthcertificate is sign by his father.we're not married but my son is after his surname..he has new gf now,he send my son money 150$ a month is if i ask him i need extra money because our son is schooling now he refuse always..my son is 4yrs of old..do you think 150$ dollars a month is enough?pls answer thank you
