A guy I like makes more & more eye contact with me as the days go it seems. We keep it short & sweet. Either when we pass in the hall, or in the one class we have together. I am a disaster when it comes to guys, so I am NOT confident in approaching him. I get really nervous when he looks at me! We have never interacted with each other. He is throwing paper airplanes at his friends that sit near me every once in awhile. But he doesn't smile at me, nor do I him. I am definitely not what one would say "hot", but I am guess I am not too bad. Considering a good number of teen guys are immature that way. Could he be interested in me? Is he trying to flirt?

Yes, he could be interested in you.  He may be just as shy as you are.  If you don't feel comfortable enough to approach him, ask a mutual friend or your best girlfriend to ask him if he might be interested in going out with you.

If he ever does a class presentation and focuses mostly on you. He likes you hands down. It's been proven. However!! do not fool your self into thinking that he likes you

It's possible, however there are certain things that you can do to make him more intrested. That being said, you can't "make" someone like you. What I would do if I were you is just be nice to the guys you are interested in! Talk about school or things you might have in common.  You should smile though, I bet you have a beautiful smile. Smile in a way that is not so fake though. What I find REALLY helps is the first glance you give someone. The first conversation, first impression on someone first anything.  Try to look your best, smile and act in a naturally playful way. You will have them captivated. Just give them a little bit. Confidence is huge as well, you can do it hunny I know you can! :)
