Are there any Moms out there that could help me to understand or what I can do with a daughter that calls me bad names and will not say that she is sorry?

There is not enough information in your question. What kind of "bad names?" How old is your daughter? Do you and she reside together? How do you respond when she calls you these names?

If your daughter is a child under the age of 18 and still lives at home, then you should inform her she is not permitted to speak to you that way and enforce whatever consequences you have determined there should be (loss of privileges such as cell phone, use of the car, etcetera).

If your daughter is a young adult and no longer lives with you, then you should tell her you love her but will now refuse to allow her to speak to you that way. And the next time she does, simply announce that you are hanging up (or leaving the room). Then do it.

If your daughter is of legal age and still resides with you, then I think some family counseling may be in order. The two of you obviously have some issues which need to be worked out.
