Have a heart-2-heart discussion with him (in a true attempt to solve the problem) or go to a marriage counselor.  The present situation is BAD and very frustrating !.

Yes, I agree, go to marriage counseling. IF he doesn't want to go with you, you go by yourself, because you can always learn how to have a better quality of life for yourself, without him.
