Fred,  You call your doctor and tell them you are in pain.  They should take you right away.  Don't be waiting and suffering like this.  Demand that the doctor see you the same day.  You can also try a heating pad.  Heat is usually good for all kinds of pain.  I wish you good luck and good health.
