Family Recipe website

I'd like to create a website or webpage for my family members to add recipes. We've had a hard copy printed family cookbook for each of our reunions, but we are now looking to post recipes on line. We'd like to post recipes and photos, too.  It would be great if we could organize our recipes by categories. Any ideas?  Thanks!
