I am 49 years old and all my weigh seems to go to my waist and my mid section especially my upper abs I am 5ft 3 and weigh 154 lbs and its hard for me to lose i tried everything I dont need to diet I just need to lose the fat around my midsection can you help me please

I would start doing a sport like yoga or pilates a few times a week and I would also consider joining a gym where you can get some professional guidance as to what machines to use.  If you go to the gym or a class at least 3 times a week, you will start to see a difference.  You can work specific parts of your bodies very well in a gym.  Good luck. 

The best way to lose the weight around the midsection is to run. And you don't need equipment. Half an hour 4-5 weeks jogging/running in the neighborhood and cutting back on your food intake will make a great start. Add some

ab exercises 3-4 times a week and the midsection will tighten up pretty easily. Good luck!
