Is skipping breakfast and lunch and just eating dinner bad, i only exerisize two hours a day.

To keep your metabolism working properly, you should eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. Also working out 2 hours a day may be over stressing your body. A good workout should be 30 to 45 minutes and never over an hour.

Yes it's bad to have one meal a day.   The body needs a balanced supply of what it needs to survive and flourish.  Better build a balanced diet.  Consult the experts (or read about it).

cheerleaderX3, yes, its really bad..you deserve to eat 3 times a day..actually eating minimeals throughout the day raises your metabolism and helps you maintain your weight..you may actually put your body in starvation mode if you skip breakfast and lunch which could cause hair loss, slow down in metabolism and a whole variety of other issues. I know you want to watch your weight but if you eat a healthy breakfast and lunch its actually better for your body, hair and skin..take care of yourself!!

It's actually better if you eat like 5 or 6 small meals a day, because it highers your metabolism and also if you eat only one meal a day your body is starved and it stores the food and that makes you fatter. If you eat more meals a day your body won't store as much and you will be skinner! Oh and also if you eat more meals a day you won't have to exercise for two hours! That's a lot! 30 is enough, but I think an hour is good too. Good luck!

All the people above are exactly right but i would like to add, that the major problem with the average americans diet is too much sugar (sugar turns into fat faster in you sytem than anything else) and not enough fiber and it is best to eat dinner at least four hours befor you go to bed so you can burn some of it off.

I think you're doing wrong..You can eat a lot during breakfast and lunch because you can burn it and can be turn to energy that you needed for the whole day..Unlike eating in a lot in the evening.

im a cheerleader too. and i no u want to be skinny and stuff but i was anerexit or w.e. for a while and its not worth trying that stuff just be you.

People who skip the breakfast for long term are more expose to Diabetes than others. How? When we wake up in the morning our blood sugar level is in the lowest level, so we have to feed our self to increase the blood sugar level. But in case if we do not increase the sugar level for months, the Pancreas will produce a anti-insulin to resistance insulin to protect the sugar level in the blood. This anti insulin will keep fight the insulin even if you eat late, so the sugar will remain in the blood for long time, there is a big chance for diabetes. I gave my answer in simple English but for more information you can ask an internal physician.
