I weigh 250 pounds; I want to weigh 150 pounds ...

I weigh 250 pounds; I want to weigh 150 pounds. I cannot afford a gym or exercising equipment. I have two little boys, so I cannot afford special food for me when I have to buy food for them and my husband. I need away to lose weight the quickest and advice on how to stay motivated.

ok i lost abot 50 pounds in a afew months with doing the card diet, trust me it works. me and my friend did it together but you HAVE to be really strickt the first 2 weeks. just dont eat carbs.you can eat abot 20 to 40 carbs a day after the 2 weeks but healthy carbs not brownie carbs,lol, eat all the meat in the world salads no fruit, you can have eggs,cheeze,meats.its a little hard at the start but after the see the results it will be worth it, let me no how it went

i used to weigh 255..... now i weigh 247...its been a month....that is good....but....for me i went between 246 and 248.... if u want to loose weight fast...this is what u need to do:

-portion control, if you eat a whole turkey sandwhich- cutt it in half... if it is subway it is okay...subway u can get a footlong and eat it...that is what i do... its only about 12-15 points which is good.

-exercise: yes u will always need this.... i exercised 40 mintues and that sucks....exercise 1 hour to 2 hours ....i can now run 6 laps around the track across from my house without stopping and probably more.... first i could barley run 1....1 hour is awesome and remember the more u sweat the more u loose.

-motivation- keep something in your closet that modivates you.... i have a pink bikini in my closet waiting for me..... i look at it everyday to keep me modivated. this helps me tons...

-active pills- you dont have to get these but i do because it helps me be more active they only cost about 20 bucks (american) and they also work.
