I would not recommend losing weight so fast. It is bad for your health, especially your heart. If you want to tone up and lose weight you can slowly cut your portions down and increase the amount of exercise you are doing. You can also try detoxing. If you really want to lose the weight and don't care about the side effects, then immediately cut your portions in half and double the amount of daily cardio that you are doing. Good luck.

I can't tell you how to loose 10, but you might loose 5. Increase your activity to at least 10,000 steps a day (get a step counter). Eat homemade soup, low sodium, vegetable and protein (meat or beans) for every meal. Snack on raw vegetables only - all day long. Drink green tea or water. Don't eat carbs, fruit, juice, caffeine or any type of sugar. Don't eat processed food. Don't eat after 7 pm. Take a daily multi-suppliment. Don't do this for more than 6 days - you'll hurt yourself if you keep going. Don't do this if you have diabetes. The weight won't stay off, but you'll get into that favourite dress in time for your high school reunion.

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now.
