Did you have a close relationship with your grandparents or a family member? if so what were some of the memorable moments ? Have you passed this experience on to your grandchildren ?

I adored my grandmother. She cooked for me. Sang for me. Talked to me. And left me alone when I needed it. I feel that I carry her messages to this day. She was a teacher in a one-room school house -- kinda like me and my daughter.
