I took your "tongue in cheek" comment about Cleveland as a joke Anonymous, that's why I answered as I did.  The only thing is:  I was not joking.  Cleveland is only a joke to those who have not visited in awhile.  Those days when the river caught fire because of all the sewage and filth  are long long gone...but the joke still surfaces now and again.

We visit Cleveland often because we have relatives there and we've been as surprised as anyone how that city has "come back."  We are just hoping Detroit will be able to make it as well as Cleveland has.  Now, Chicago....that's a city to be proud of!  imho.
