Samuel L. Jackson narrates "Go the F to Sleep." Brilliant!! But is it wrong somehow? Should kids listen to (or read) this book -- or just adults?
The Huffington Post
It's obviously for adults, but to be honest I know I've said this to my kids. And, yeah, I probably would read it to them, but I think instead of putting them to sleep it would have an opposite effect, because we would be laughing so hard!
Thats the same thing Casey Anthony said.
Not For Kids, plain and Simple..
Obviously, this book was written "tongue-in-cheek" for parents who have had difficulties at bedtime. Helps us to laugh at the situation and ourselves. Any parent reading this book to a kid or using the "F" word (or any other profanity) to their children shouldn't be a parent!
This was not wriiten for children...but just because it was written for parents does not mean all parents will accept it..just because someone is an adult does not mean they accept foul language.
Not this is not a childrens' book..and just because it was written for parents, does not mean all parents accept it. Just because someone is an adult does not constitute they accept foul language
I don't think it is acceptable for children..and not all parents, just because they are adults, appreciate foul or suggestive language...
ADULTS! Do you really have to ask?
