Well I was helping out at freshman orientation at my high school and I've noticed I explain things way too much. How do i stop that cause I lose focus?

Write out what you are goung to say on a subject, then wait an hour and see if you would want to have that much information fed to you. Yet, you need to be sure you are providing the information that the students will really need to know.
