Can you use an eternity ring as a wedding band?

Your finger, your wedding, your money, your choice.

"Eternity Rings" are usually given on the thirtieth anniversary and include pearls as well as diamonds.  However, if you are sure of your lady, why not?  I'd save money to get started as a family but if you can afford it, let your lover's instinct be your guide.
