Discuss AOLMailMat's answer to: ERROR loading message...can't read mail

Can't open mail...this is what I get... "There was an error loading the message. Please try again later. I've been getting this all morning" ...and also can't open/read any "folders" in my mail ...

Are you using a web browser or the AOL software?  When exactly are you seeing this message, when trying to load the mailbox, or when trying to open an actual email?

I'm using Safari.  I do not use AOL software at all and I've had my MAC for 2 years.  Yesterday was fine and today when I open mails I get this below which I copied.    thanks

when trying to OPEN my mail I see that.  I can send mail, just not read/open it through AOL.

Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies:

Clear cookies, cache, and history

or try a different browser?  Can you try in Basic mode at basic.mail.aol.com?
