Hi Erin. This is the first time i have ever had an aol hlp question answered by an aol help person. To answer your question, as i stated in my original post, CONSTANTLY. By constantly i mean every single time i use aol to do any thing, search, browse, shop ect...that 2nd message was just while posting my question on aol.help. So if you are going to ask me questions at a rate of once every 24 hours i should expect a solution by July 15th?
