Hello Erin. My aol desktop 9.7 will not load. When I click the icon, the aol logo appears, "starting aol" appears beneath it. Then it says "updating address book", stays at 0% and then closes. How do I fix this?

Hi, Rick: Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software? Please let me know if that fixes the problem.
