Why do I have to cover for my brother? It's such a pain. He's more lost than the 0 the prez without a teleprompter.

The most likely cause will be a problem with the flapper. These are easily replaced.

They cost about $5.00 at the Box store. (I like blue, myself.)

If you put bleach into the tank, liquid or tablet, it will cause rapid deterioration in this and void the warrantee.

Eric never comes here - Ol' Yeddar  has the correct answer, but he forgot to tell you - 'Turn off the water at floor, remove the flapper and take it with you to compare' -there are quite a few different fittings. Even the so called 'universal' will not fit all Cool
