how to remove Frost King tape from windows. Its the tape that comes with the plastic wind proof coverings used in winter. I've tried everything. Nothing budges it. Now its old and even harder. Windows are vertical, you know. ;)

I bet 'GOOF OFF' will get it off.  I just used Goof Off to get a baked on film off my windows and it worked great.
