Does anyone have any ideal why the Govener let Out ...

Does anyone have any ideal why the Govener let Out over 40.000 Inmates? I know they said because of the budget but does it make any sense for they let all Of those child molesters and dope addicts out to do what comit more Crimes!! I cannot afford to take care of these people for I am a tax payer as well and I think its a shame. does anyone have anothr solution to the problem?

I don't agree with the Governor. These people are going to rob, kill, child molest

and commit more crime. I hope he will increase the number of police officers. I am happy I don't live in such a place.

The Governor has screwed up the budget BIG TIME! Although its a horrible solution, it is cheaper to have them out on the streets...but the real problem begins when they are let out and they start to commit the same crimes they were locked up for AGAIN, then tax payers can AGAIN open whats left in our wallets to pay for the trial and any other cost associated with catching a criminal and/or prosecuting them!
