How would you unclog a industrial urinal that has a wax ball stuck in it.

I can’t visualize how it’s stuck in there, but try this. Get a wire hanger cut the hook off and toss it aside. Bend the wire into a “U” shape. Stick the bottom of the “U” into the urinal in between the ball and the wall of the urinal. Keep wiggling it downward until it feels like the wire is under the ball and pull upwards. If that doesn’t work you may have to gently break up the wax ball with a chisel or something long and sharp, but don’t tap on it, just use a push and twist motion. Then scoop out the pieces.
