Has Dish Network had a major meltdown??? We have no reception and are unable to get thru to their website chat line and all phone lines are busy. thanks

I hope this has been resolved for you and apologize for the late response. We did encounter a problem with our 129 satellite which did result in a high volume of contact. We have since resolved that issue and everything should be working fine.
