Hey Pat, sorry to hear you're having troubles with caller id. I would be happy to help how I can though.

I would recommend checking the phone line to make sure it's connected and run a connection test with all phones not in use or off the hook. To run that test go into Main Menu -> System Setup (6) -> Diagnostics (3) then select Connection and Call Out. If the phone line is connected and working right the test should come back as passed.

From there you will want to go to Menu ->System setup(6) -> Installation (1) -> Caller ID (2) and make sure that's enabled also.

If you're still having issues verify the phone jack is working by plugging a working phone into that jack and see if it has a dial tone. If it doesn't the jack may need to be replaced/fixed. If it does then the problem may be with the receiver itself.
