Are you positive that she died? Below are Peter Lorre's family members and as you can see on the list, Catharine Lorre's birthdate is shown only, no date of death is listed. At least not anywhere I have looked.

Father: Alois Lorre
Mother: Elvira Lorre
Wife: Celia Lovsky (m. 1934, div. 13-Mar-1945)
Wife: Kaaren Verne (m. 25-May-1945, div. 1950)
Daughter: Catharine Lorre (b. 1950)
Wife: Annemarie Brenning (m. 21-Jul-1953, until his death, one child)

I'll keep looking and if I find something I'll send it your way.

Peter Lorre had only one child, a daughter named Catharine, who passed away several years ago due to complications with diabetes, which
she had had since childhood. Peter's wife Annemarie was carrying Peter's son when she suffered a miscarriage brought on by moving some furniture in their
home.

I'm positive Catharine Lorre died....she died in 1985.

Thank you for your answer.  I was going crazy trying to find out.  Did you also know that she was picked up by 2 serial killers (I think the Hillside Strangler)...and they let her go when during general conversation they found out she was Peter Lorre's daughter.  They were big fans of his...so they let her go.  She realized who they were after they were arrested and she saw their pictures on the news.

She passed away on May 7, 1985. Cause of death: sepsis and encephalomalacia, complications from diabetes. She was only 11 when her father died.  Her life was a troubled one. As she grew older, complications from her diabetes took a greater toll until in her final year she was hospitalized at Harbor General. At that point, she was suffering vision and circulation problems. As I recall, she spent upwards of a year there and died shortly after. Sadly, unbeknownst to family and friends, she sat in the morgue for nearly one month before funeral arrangements were made.  Cathy’s husband had died earlier in a freak motorcycle accident. The only people at her funeral were Larry Lorre, Cathy’s cousin; Peter Lorre’s attorney, Robert Shutan; his son Peter Shutan (named after the actor); Cathy’s nurse and myself. She was buried at Inglewood Cemetery on June 4, 1985.

The Lost One: A Life of Peter Lorre

Catharine Lorre's premature death from the complications of diabetes in 1985.

Already separated for a couple of years, a divorce hearing had been scheduled for Peter Lorre on the day he died, March 23, 1964. Estranged wife Annemarie Brenning died at age 49 in 1971. Their daughter Catharine Lorre, later died of sepsis and encephalomalacia, complications from diabetes, on May 7, 1985, at age 32. Cathy Lorre is buried at Inglewood Cemetery.
