can you share the url of the alert setup page? is it alerts.aol.com? If not, can you try on that page and let me know if you run into any issues.

Doug Thinks this answer is Not Helpful:

Hi, Namita, I tried your suggestion, working from the alerts.aol.com page. However, I still was not able to enter e-mail addresses in the designated field for alerts to mobile if any mail from such addresses is received. That is, the page will not let me place the cursor in the field to type in the address or addresses. It will let me enter characters in the 'subject' field below the e-mail addresses field, but that field is of limited utility when you have no idea what a subject line may be, but just want to be alerted when you receive e-mail from certain people or addresses.

Thanks for your help!

Doug
