How high on the list are you? There is no set number it depends on how you impress them at the interview. They can take a guy under you because he shows something others didn't. Also I found some of these positions are interviewed by people who don't even know what the job is about. They are just looking for certain words that you say that's on there list and they score you accordingly. If your getting calls for interviews then read up and practice interviewing.
