how do you force your employer to comply with doctors oredrs not to work nights due to illness? and prevent them from firing you for it? how can I prove its age or race discrimination?

You need to see an attorney to find out what your rights are in this situation.  Or do what was suggested before, call EEO or the Labor Relations Board.  Good luck and hang in there!
