how do you force your employer to comply with doctors oredrs not to work nights due to illness? and prevent them from firing you for it? how can I prove its age or race discrimination?

An employer has the right to "fire" you if you cannot perform your duties. If you were injured on the job then you have rights pertaining to your continued employment. If you are sick or injured from sources other than your employment, you may well be terminated at the employer’s digression.

Yes I know this, but they also know that they are in the wrong when your employer plays favorites towards young employee towards people that are older is against the law I know what they can and can't do, they will not fire me because they know if they do I can sue for reason they know of. I note everything and keep track of those notes I'm very careful the thing is I can't trust anyone and now I'm to the point to where I want to show them you can't do that to people that is in legal terms. I only want to know my rights not what they can do I know this. what are my rights?
